The impact of mine subsidence ground movement on building structures can be predicted and Trigger, Action, Response Plans can be developed to manage subsidence impacts.
STRUCTURAL INVESTIGATION
We welcome the challenge of investigating and reporting the impact of mine subsidence on structures. Using gravimetric level survey, digital tilt and crack width measurement we can identify the most likely cause of structure movement.
STRUCTURE REHABILITATION
If a structure has been damaged by ground movement, there are proven repair and re-levelling techniques that can be employed.
